Processes and Services.

MIG

“MIG” or Metal Inert Gas welding processes use a wire electrode fed through a welding machine to join two pieces of metal. MIG can be used on Stainless, Mild Steels and Aluminum. It is often considered the most efficient welding process, as it does not require extended waiting periods or frequent adjustments. MIG is highly versatile, and can be used on metals of varying thickness.

TIG

“TIG” or Tungsten Inert Gas welding is widely regarded as the most aesthetically pleasing and precise form of welding. This process is highly desirable in high end automotive applications, as it lends itself well to the types and sizes of metals used in these applications.

Stick

Stick welding uses a handheld electrode (referred to as the stick) to join two pieces of metal. While often regarded as less precise than MIG or TIG processes, stick processes provide strong welds that are ideal for thick steels, chromes, and certain alloys such as those seen in heavy farm/construction equipment and machinery.
